STUDENT ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Step 1
Schedule an in-person school tour by submitting your tour request form below. For school safety and security purposes, tours are limited to prospective parents/guardians and student(s) only. Prospective students must attend. A state-issued photo ID for each parent/guardian must be uploaded in the tour request form.
Step 2
Upon deciding to enroll; prospective families must submit the below enrollment acceptance form; one form for each student enrolling in addition to uploading a vaccination record for each student.
Step 3
After submitting your enrollment acceptance form please download and complete the enrollment form provided on this webpage. New families will need to submit a completed enrollment form, ACH form (included) with a voided check or bank account verification letter by hand-delivering to the receptionist or Director at KKCA. Enrollment forms and the enrollment fee invoice must be received and paid within 3 business days of completing the above enrollment acceptance form or the enrollment will be forfeited.
Once we receive your students completed enrollment form and enrollment fees; an email containing your families school access code and invitations to join ClassDojo and Remind 101 will be sent prior to first day of attendance.
