KKCA bases tuition off of a private school model which allows families to choose options that fit their family's scheduling and budget needs.  Tuition is the same rate for all ages and is for the academic portion of the day from 8:00am-4:30pm.  The cost is $650/1st of the month or $325/1st & 15th of each month.  Tuition DOES NOT increase throughout the year and is only re-assessed every three years.

Families can also choose to enroll in our optional before or after care program if their schedule requires childcare from 6:30am-8:00am OR 4:30pm-6:00pm.  Before OR After Care is $75/1st of the month or $37.50/1st & 15th of each month.  If you need to enroll your child in both Before AND After Care the cost is $125/1st of the month or $62.50/1st &15th of each month.

Breakfast is included with the cost of before care and only served to students enrolled in before care.  Snack is included in tuition.  Students may bring a lunch from home or they can enroll in our lunch plan for $20/1st of the month or $10/1st & 15th of each month.

The new student enrollment fee is $250.00 which will be prorated if beginning after August 1st.  This fee is also an annual fee due by May 31st of each year for returning students.

We also offer a 5% sibling discount on tuition only.  Sibling discount does not apply to before/after care or lunch plan.

Tuition is required to be automatically drafted from your financial institution through your students Brightwheel account billing feature.

​

KKCA also has a subsidy contract with DHS for families who receive child care assistance however, we only enroll 10 total subsidy students per school year and families are required to sign and maintain an attendance agreement with KKCA in order to maintain enrollment.
